  • chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  • chopped garlic- 1 tsp
  • chopped tomato-1 small
  • fried ground nuts-2 tsp
  • sambar powder-1tsp
  • haldi-1tsp
  • chilli flakes-1 tsp
  • imli paste-1 tsp
  • salt as required & Sandwich Bread

Method: 

Boil raw banana & potato and mash it. Keep aside.
Take Karai & put refined oil, curry leaves, chopped onion, chilli, ginger & garlic & salt.
Put haldi & chilli flakes and fry it.
then put tomato, imli paste & sambar powder.
Put fried ground nuts.
Add the mashed raw banana & potato.
Keep aside.
Put this stuff upon one piece of sandwich bread and cover it with another.
Take Tava and place the bread stuffings on it.
If one side is done turn upside down and put oil if required.
your south indian raw banana sandwich ready.
