• 2 big oninion
  • small piece of ginger
  • green chilli(5-7 big size)
  • Red chilli(1-2 big size)
  • mustard (1 tsp)
  • curry leaf
  • turmeri powder
  • salt
  • tomato (1 big size)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 250-300 gm chicken ( small pieces)
  • oil

Method: 

cut ginger in 1 inch long and thin pieces.
cut onion in thick pieces.
Cut green chiilies in halfs.

put oil on a pan.
once its hot put mustard, red chilli, ginger, curry leaf, onion and green chilli one by one.
cook for around half minute and then put chicken with lil bt of turmeric and salt as per taste.
put tomato cuts and lemon juice. and cover it. Let the chiken prperly cooked and serve it hot with Roti…

its too chatpata… healthy as not much spices are added. It looks great… NJOY!!!!
