• Posto 6 tbs
  • Finely chopped green chilli 2 nos
  • Finely chopped onion 2-3 tbs
  • Finely chopped coriander 1-2 tsp
  • Mustard oil 2-3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Grind the posto into a thick fine paste.

Add the finely chopped ingredients along with salt and a few drops of mustard oil and Mix well.

Heat a non-stick tawa/pan.

Take small balls of the paste and flatten on the tawa. Drizzle generously with oil.

Cook on both sides till light brown-red.
