• 1.mutton-1/2 kg.
  • 2.onion–1/2 kg.(finely chhoped)
  • 3.ginger n garlic pest-2 tsp
  • 4.cumin powder-1 tsp
  • 5.coriender powder -1 tsp
  • 7. garam masala.(2 elaichi, 4 labang(clove),2 inch dalchini)
  • 8. mustard oil.
  • 9. salt to taste.
  • 10 mirchi powder n haldi powder-1 tsp each

HEAT D OIL AND ADD ALL CHHOPED ONIONS.FRY IT TILL IT GET BROWN AND THEN ADD GINGER GARLIC PEST,HALDI POWDER, MIRCHI POWDER ,CORIENDER POWDER AND FRY IT FOR 10 MINUTES .THEN ADD THE MUTTON AND SALT TO IT AND COOK IT IN A SLOW FLAME FOR 45 MINUTES. AT LAST ADD THE GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SEARVE IT WITH RICE.

( TO MAKE IT MORE DELICIOUS MARINATE THE MUTTON WITH SALT AND HALDI FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE U START D COOKING).
