• 4 Middle sized Tiger Prawn
  • curry leaves, mustard oil
  • salt, haldi
  • chili powder
  • 4 green chili chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • coconut milk 2 cups
  • For Paste(Grind all ingredients):
  • 1 cup Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Elaichi (Chhoti)
  • 1 Elaichi (Moti)
  • 2 Clove
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2 dry red chilli

Method: 

Marinate prawn with haldi & salt and fry it in mustard oil till golden brown.
Take karai put mustard oil.
Put curry leaves, chopped onion, chilli and fry.
Put the paste, then tomato, haldi, salt, chili power.
Fry till oil comes out from the paste.
Once it done put fried prawns and mix.
Put 2 cups coconut milk.
Put in low flame for 5 to 6 min.
Serve Hot.
