• 5 Tiger prawns
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Cumin powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 green Chilli chopped
  • 2 Garlics
  • 25 gms Ginger
  • 1 piece Dalchin
  • Mustard oil

Grind 1 small onion, 2 garlics, 25 gms ginger, 1 piece dalchin, 1 teja patra properly. Make paste.
Marinate prawn with turmeric powder, salt.
Fry it in mustard oil, till golden brown colour.
Take pan, put mustard oil, some cumin. After 2 seconds, put chopped onin & chopped green chilli. Fry.
When onion looks brown, put paste , turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder & fry.
After 10-15 minutes, add chopped tomato & salt. Fry them till oil comes out from paste.
Then add fried prawns & mix.
Add 1-2 cup of boiled water, if necessary.
Heat in low flame 5-10 mins.
Then add garam masala, some coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
