Cooking Process of Muga Dali Sajana Saaga Bhaja

Clean the Sajana Saaga
Boil the Mooga Dali with salt in a Presure cooker.
Remove it fefire first whistle.
Cut the garlic small pices
In a Kadhai heat the musterd oil.
Add the Panch phutan, garlic and green chilli.
Add the Sajana Saaga and cook untill it boils.
Add the mooga Dal and cooked it full boil
Now your Saaga Mooga fry is ready to Serve
