  • 2 TBS REFIN OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON GINGER PEST
  • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC PEST
  • 3 MEDIUM ONIONS (CHOPPED)
  • 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON CORIENDER POWER.
  • 2 TEASPOON MDH CHICKEN MASALA POWDER
  • 1 TESPOON DESI GHEE
  • 1/2 CUP KASURI METHI…..
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 1 TESPOON HALDI POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON RED CHILY POWDER OR ACCORDING TO TASTE.
  • 3 GREEN CHILLIES

FIRST WASH THE PATATOES AND PEEL THEM.
THEN PUNCHER THEM WITH A FORK.
LET D UTENSIL BE HEATED.THEN ADD 2 TBS OIL TO IT.WHEN THE OIL HEATED THEN ADD THE CHOPPED ONIONS.FRY TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN .THEN ADD THE KASOORI METHI LEAF .,FRY FOR A SECOND AND THEN ADD THE PATATOES .FRY IT FOR 1 MINUTE AND THEN ADD THE GINGER GARLIC PEST .AFTER 5 MINUTES ADD THE FRESH DAHI AND ALL REMAINING SPICES.COOK IT FOR 15 MINUTES IN SLOW FLAME,WHEN THE OIL COMES OUT U HAVE TO ADD 1 1/2 CUP OF WATER TO IT .COOK FOR 5 MINUTES AND THEN ADD THE GHEE TO IT .
AT LAST ADD SOME CORIENDER LEAFS AND SEARV
