- mustard oil
- 1 tsp garlic+green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp dhania powder
- salt as per taste
- Rohi fish ( 4 pieces)
mix all the masala to form a paste. you can take lil bit of water to do the same. and apply it on the fish pieces properly.
heat oil in a pan properly and leave the fish pieces in oil.
cook it in very low temperature with the pan covered until the pieces are reddish brown.
care should be taken so that the masala doesnt burn.
