• 1 fish head
  • 1 cup of chana dal
  • 2 potato
  • 2 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Baigan
  • 50 gms of pumpkin
  • 50 gms of beans
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • Salt as per taste

Macha Chencheda Cooking Process :

Cut the fish head into small pieces
Cut the vegetables into small pieces
Soak chana dal 30 mnts
Marinate fish head with 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder, 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder and 1 tea spoon oil
2 table spoon of oil into the pan
Fry the cut fish heads till they get fried with medium flame.
Place 2 table spoon of oil into kadhai
After oil heated add chopped onions and sauté for some time till they turn into a golden-brown
Add ginger and garlic paste then add chopped tomatoes and saute
Add the cut vegetables and mix them well.
Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and salt into the vegetables and sauté well.
Add some water and allow the vegetables to get cooked
Add the fried fish head pieces into the kadhai and mix it well
Cook 20 minutes till vegitables cooked well
