Kanika – Sweet Pulao  Process of Cooking
Take rice soak it in water for some minutes.
Then spread it on a cloth sheet to dry.
Now jst heat it a bit with ghee and keep aside.
For tadka take ghee
Add tej patta and long.
Add water and bring it to boil.
Add a pinch of salt to it and the required amount of sugar.
Finally add the rice.
Cook till it is completely done.
