• 2 cups Chana Dal(Buta dali)
  • Dry red chili-4, salt, Refined oil
  • Wheat Flour(Atta),Water for dough.

Method: 

Soak Chana Dal(Buta dali) for 3 to 4 hr in water.
Grind chana dal,s alt, dry red chilli.
Add salt to Wheat Flour(Atta) and make dough and keep aside.
Take karai, put 1 tbs of oil and put the grind dal and little roast it.
Make round ball of atta. Put the stuffing in it. Make round roti.
Take tava and make paratha by putting oil.

Note:-2 cups chana dal stuffing make more than 10 parathas.
