• 100gm Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 2 boiled potato cut in small size
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tbs Refined Oil
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Grind all the ingredient;
  • 1 cup coriander leaves(Dhania Patra)
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Take karai.
Put refined oil.
Put jeera, chili, ginger,tomato & fry it
Put Salt, Potato & peas & fry it for 3 min.
Put the grind paste & little water.
Add Paneer & mix well.
Turn off the heat & put garam masala powder.

Note: Pure Veg without onion & garlic is ready. Serve hot with paratha.
