- 100gm Paneer
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 2 boiled potato cut in small size
- 2 green chili chopped
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- Salt
- 1 tbs Refined Oil
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Grind all the ingredient;
- 1 cup coriander leaves(Dhania Patra)
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 small tomato
- 2 green cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Take karai.
Put refined oil.
Put jeera, chili, ginger,tomato & fry it
Put Salt, Potato & peas & fry it for 3 min.
Put the grind paste & little water.
Add Paneer & mix well.
Turn off the heat & put garam masala powder.
Note: Pure Veg without onion & garlic is ready. Serve hot with paratha.
