Cooking Process of Chicken Biryani Odia Style

Chicken re 1 cup Dahi, 2 Tbs Rasuna paste aau alpa Luna Dei Marinate Karantu.

Piaja ku Saru Patala kari Katantu

Garam Kadheire Tela Garam Kari, Midium flame re Piaja ku fry karantu ( Cripsy Fry). Piaja fry ku alaga kakhantu.

Gote Bada Jagare Pani Garam Karantu, 1 Dalchini, 3-4 Gujurati, 1/4 tbs Jeera and Luna garam panire pakantu. Kichi samaya pare Basmati chaula panire Misantu.

Chaula ku sijhibaku diantu high flame re, majhire majhire Check karantu, 1/3 sijhila pare, chaularu pani bahara kari alaga rakhantu (Dry the water from rice)

Kadhei re Tela garam Karantu, Teja Patra, Labanga, Dalchini, Aleicha fry karantu, Ada, Rasuna, Kancha Lanka dei fry karantu.

Marinate Chiken ku diantu, Tomato and 1/3rd Fryed Piaja dei randhantu.

First layer chicken 1/2 diantu, ta upare 1/2 rice diantu, ta pare, fryed piaja, Dhania Patra, Pudina Patra, kaju. Kesar pani chinchi diantu.

Second Layer re semiti baki chicken, ta upare baki Rice, ta upare fryed piaja, Dhania Patra, Pudina Patra, kaju, Ghee 1 tbs, Kesar pani chinchi diantu.

Low flame re 10-15 minutes gas upare rakhantu.
