• Apples 2 medium
  • Milk 1lt or 5 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew ¼ cup
  • Raisins ¼ cup
  • Ghee 1 tsp

Apple kheer Cooking Process

Wash the apples & grates apples without peeling.

A heavy buttom pan put ghee fry the dry fruits till golden color.

After same pan put the milk to boil over medium heat.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer very gently for about 30-45 minutes

till ½ like condense milk.

Heat a pan put grated apples & sugar cook on medium heat and continue to cook till most of the moisture dry.

Then add reduce milk and cook 5 minutes as the kheer thickens add roasted dry fruits mix.

Remove from the flame, sprinkle cardamom powder on top mix well.
