• Curry leaves-3to4
  • Chopped coriander-few for garnish

  • Cumin seed-few
  • Cumin powder-1tsp
  • Garam masala whole or pdr-1pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Lemon juice-1/2piece(optional)
  • Mushroom-9to10
  • Oil-2tbsp
  • Crushed garlic,pepper and cumin
  • red chilli to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Tomatoes-1
  • Turmeric-1pinch
  • Butter-1tbsp
  • Green chilly-2

Method: 

1.Heat oil in a pan , add whole garam masala, cumin seeds and when they crackle add chopped onions ,salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook
2.Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
3.After 2 min add tomatoes and cook for few min then add mushrooms and cook till they are soft.
4.Take another pan add butter,add crushed garlic,pepper,cumin seeds mixture to it when smell come from mixture then add coriander pdr and cumin powder
5.Add the cooked mushroom mixture and cook till the moisture evaporates and dry
6.Garnish with lemon juice(optional) and chopped coriander leaves
