- 1/2 Kg Tomato
- 1/2 Pineapple (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Khajur (date Chopped)
- Salt to Taste
- Curry Leaves
- 1 Tbs Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Tbs Green Chilly (Chopped)
- 1 Big Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbs Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 Tbs Roasted Methi Powder
- 2 Tbs Oil
Wash the Tomatoes and Chopped it.
Heat the Oil and Some Seeds and then Add Garlic, Curry patta, Onions, Green Chilly and fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.
After this add the tomatoes and Khajurs and cook till it dries.
Then add Pineapples and cook for 2 minutes.
At last add the sugar and continuously stir it in low flame.
After 5 minute add roasted cumin powder and methi powder.
Serve it with paratha or Puri.
