• Sabudana - 250 gms
  • Peanut - 50 gms
  • Green Chili - 2-3 (chopped)
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Hing - 1/2 tsp
  • Harada Dal - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 big (chopped)
  • Garlic cloves - 2-3 (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves - 8
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1 big (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)

Sabudana khichdi Cooking Method :

Soak Sabudana in water for 1 hours.
Fry the peanuts on a flat pan and grind it.
In a day pan add 2 tbsp oil in medium flame.
Add mustard seeds
Then add Harad dal and curry leaves and saute untill the dal to brown.
Add onion, garlic, chilly and saute till onion turnd light golden color.
Add hing and saute
Add tomato turmeric and salt, saute for some times
Add sabudana and peanut, mix it well then cover the pan for 3-4 minutes
Atlast add Coriander leaves and saute
