• Paneer cut in squares
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin-Coriender Powder 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp

Palak Paneer Cooking Method

Boil some water in big bowl and add Palak leaves
Let the leaves soften a little in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
Take out the Palak and place it in colander so the water drains out.
Blend this Palak in blender until it becomes paste
Now make gravy
Take 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan
When oil is hot add cumin seeds and onion paste
Add ginger garlic paste
Add finely chopped green chili and turmeric powder
Mix it all well and saute it for 2-3 minutes on low flame
Add cumin and coriander powder
Now gravy is ready.. now add blended Palak and mix it really well
Cover it and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes
Now add 2-3 tbsp cream slowly as it will curdle up
Add salt as per teast
Add 1 tsp garam masala and cook it for 2-3 minutes
At last add paneer
Now Palak Paneer is ready.. Serve hot..
