• 1 bunch Palak
  • 3 boiled Potatoes
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Chopped - Ginger, Garlic, Chilli & Coriander
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Green Peas
  • Salt
  • Refined Oil

Cut palak and boil it.
Take a bowl mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
Add red chilli power, ginger, garlic, chilli & coriander.
Add green peas and the palak, add the salt and make dough.
Make small shaped cutlets
Take tava & 1 tbs refined oil
Place the cutlet & fry it
