  • Posto – 1 tbsp

Chingudi Kaju Tarakari Cooking Process :

In a Hot Pan add 1 tbsp Oil and fry the Prawn till it turns golden brown.
For masala, grind 1 Onion, 4 Garlic cloves, 1 inch Ginger and make it fine paste.
Make fine paste of Kaju and Posto.
In medium flame put a pan and add 3 tbsp Oil.
Add the cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, green chili and finely chopped garlic and fry it for 1 minutes.
Add chopped Onion and Saute for 2 minutes.
Add grind masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and saute for 10 minutes.
Add finely chopped tomato and cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder and saute for 5 mins.
Add Posto and cashew paste and mix well for 3 mins.
Now add fried prawns, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and cover it for 5 mins on low flame.
Now Prawn Kaju Curry ready to serve.
