• 500 gm Chicken
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 2tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 3-4 Dry red chilly(crushed)
  • 1&1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2tbsp Honey
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1&1/2tbsp Oil

Wash the Chicken properly and drain out all the water. Then make small slits in chicken pieces and rub mustard powder on all chicken pieces.Then except oil and honey add everything else to chicken and mix well. marinate the chicken for 1hr or overnight in refrigerator (if you have time). Now heat a pan and pour oil. Then put the marinated chicken in the pan along with all the marinade.Let it cook and when the chicken is half done pour honey in it and cook it on low flame till the chicken is tender.

Now a yummy golden brown color Chatpata Chicken is ready.You can have it with roti, naan or rice… 🙂
