• Basmati Rice 1 cup
  • Green Peas half cup
  • Paneer half cup
  • Cauliflower half cup
  • Potato 1 (chopped)
  • Carrot half cup (finely chopped)
  • Ghee 3-4 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts (Kaju) 3-4 tbsp
  • Almond 2 tbsp
  • Raisins(Kismis) 2-3 tbsp
  • salt 1 tbsp as per taste
  • Cumin seeds half tbs
  • 2 brown cardamom
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 10-12 black pepper
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Navratan Pulao Cooking Process

Washed the rice and soaked in water half hour.
cooked with less then 2 cup water
Add 1 tbsp ghee and cooked for 10 minutes
After rice cooked take in side
In a pan take ghee and fry all vegitables, paneer and dry fruits separately
In that pan add cumin seeds, whole garam masala and rice
Add salt, lemon juice, vegitable and mix it well
Add dry fruits and raisins
Mix all ingredients well
Navratan Pulao is ready to serve
