• Almonds 2 cups
  • Milk 10 Cups
  • Ghee 1/2 Cups
  • Sugar 1 Cup

Badam Halwa Cooking Process

Remove skin half the almonds, peel and coarsely grind with the remaining almonds.

Boil milk in a pan, till it is reduced.

Heat ghee in a pan and saute ground almonds.

Add sugar and reduced milk and cook till all the liquid is absorbed and it gets a halwa consistency.

Serve hot Badam Halwa
