• - 300 g chicken (breast)
  • - 1/2 red pepper
  • - 1/2 onion
  • - 1 teaspoon of olive oil or coconutoil
  • - a bit of coriander and parsley
  • - a bit of salt and black pepper

– Cut the chicken (breast) into small pieces in the food processor.
– cut the onion and red pepper in to little pieces
– mix the chicken, onion, red pepper, parley, corander, salt, black pepper and oil together
– make 2 burgers and grill them on the BBQ or grillpan
