Firstly, add soy sauce, white wine, chilies, garlic, ginger and water together in large bowl and mix it properly.
Then mix the prawns, spring onions, cashew nuts and stir it again.
Wrap the bowl properly and leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remember to stir the mixture two or three times, when in fridge.
Now on other-side, put oil in a wok and heat it rightfully.
Drain the prawns, nuts and onions from the marinade and add to the hot oil.
Mix fry for about 2 minutes, turning from time to time.
Add the corn-flour to the marinade and stir until the corn-flour is mixed properly.
Add this to the pan and stir fry till the prawns are coated in sauce or roughly 30-40 seconds.
Best to serve with boiled rice or with chapatti.
