• Chicken 500g
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Cut all this ingredient in 1 inch long and thin pieces - ginger
  • garlic
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 red Chilli
  • mustard oil
  • salt
  • Haldi

Method: 

Take karai.
Put mustard oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Once it start crackle put onion and fry it.
Put ginger, garlic, green chili & fry it.
Put chicken, tomato, salt, haldi & cook.
Once the chicken is done put lemon juice.
Turn off the flame put garam masala powder.
